Annabel has over 20 years’ experience in designing talent and performance management systems, which started with the design and development of the performance management framework for McDonalds UK.
As a Consultant, Annabel has worked successfully with many organisations to manage complex restructures and redundancy programmes as well as provide sound advice on recruitment, selection and retention strategies.
Annabel adopts a pragmatic, commercial and creative approach to consulting and can demonstrate great insight into the demands and needs of all her clients. Annabel is a true business partner, focussed solely on enabling her clients to grow and develop.
Her HR skills have been built on a broad foundation having developed her career with Marks and Spencer in a variety of functional areas ranging from IT through to Buying and Operations.
Michelle has particular expertise in the development and execution of HR strategies, aligned to the company vision. She has created brand new HR functions as well as transforming many underperforming teams to high performing ones by ensuring they are clear on the end result, what is expected of them and how they will be measured.
As a Consultant, Michelle can also provide straight talking advice and guidance at all levels on complex reorganisation management, reward frameworks, talent programmes and all aspects of resourcing, making her an exceptional advisor to any HR team or function
John’s down to earth and practical approach is a breath of fresh air in this complex and sometime daunting area.
As a Consultant, John’s key skills and experience lie in managing collective redundancy consultations, TUPE outsourcing, resolving complex disciplinary and grievance issues effectively, negotiating successful outcomes with Solicitors, Employee Representatives and Trade Unions.
John also has extensive experience in managing and advising teams to ensure legal compliance and adherence with employment-related policies and has comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of employment rights including: unfair dismissal, reorganisation and redundancy, the Working Time Regulations 1998, TUPE and the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
With a background in Talent Management, Rob has many years’ experience attracting, retaining and developing employees through the design and delivery of appropriate recruitment and performance initiatives.
As a Consultant, Rob is able to work closely with his clients providing a service that enables them to maximise the potential of their people, both existing and new, to ensure they are fully engaged and the time and effort managers spend on selecting and developing the right people brings a real return on investment.
Rob can work with any size organisation on culture definition, competency frameworks design, assessment design and delivery, interviewer and assessor training, development centres, manager toolkits and psychometric testing.
With over 15 years experience in the training industry managing local and national teams, Linda now specailises in being able to design and develop training packages to meet the needs of the business she is working with using a variety of training methodology including: workbooks, powerpoints, webinars and e-learning.
As a Consultant, Linda has worked with many organisations to design and deliver training which has included: Induction Training, Leadership & Management Development, Managing Performance and bespoke modules tailored to the needs of the business.
